Pretty Home propose several apartments as seasonal rental, for your vacation or business trip.

We are owners of all the apartments proposed, and we are taking personaly care of the renovation, decoration, and all the equipment.

Our clients give us appreciations close to "perfect" on sites such as Booking or AirBnB.

A lot of tourists come back regularly several times a year, and several business companies are confident with us for the stay of their employees.

We are very attentive to the satisfaction of our guests, and we offer to all our customers:

• A welcome aperitif basket (bottle of wine, juice, mineral water, salty aperitifs and jam)

 

• rental of sheets, towels and bath towels

 

• soap and shampoo

 

• some Nespresso capsules

All our apartments for seasonal rental are located in the famous "Carre d'Or", ie between the Promenade des Anglais, place Massena and Boulevard Gambeta. This is the most central place in Nice, from where everything is accessible in 5 minutes by walk: beaches, shopping centers, small groceries, old town, restaurants, tramways and bus stops.

• "Royal Promenade" et "Paradis Blue"  are two gorgeous small studios located in the building "Royal Luxembourg". Only building with a rooftop with swimming pool, these studios for two persons are a pearl in the city.

​

• "Rigoletto", "Alyon" and "Candille" are all 2 rooms located at the 11 of the famous avenue Jean Medecin which is now pedestrian. With equivalent squaremeters, they have each their own decoration and their own personality, ideal for 2 to 4 persons.

• "Coccinelle" and "Chouette Massena", located also 11 avenue Jean Medecin are 2 large and gorgeous studios.

​​

• "Zen", located rue de France, close to boulevard Gambetta, is a large 2 rooms with 60 sqm, exceptional for a family of 4 persons.
